1. 100% Digital Delivery (No Physical Goods)
All plans, mock test packages, and study resources offered on test.majhinaukrii.in are strictly digital in nature. We do not sell or ship physical books, paper question sets, CDs/DVDs, or physical goods. Therefore, no physical shipping or courier dispatch is required, and no shipping fees (₹0 Shipping Charges) are applicable to any purchase.
2. Delivery Timelines & Instant Access
- Instant Activation: Upon successful payment completion via our authorized payment gateway (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking), your chosen test package (Basic Plan or Premium Plan) is activated immediately and automatically on your student account.
- Access Portal: You can instantly access and attempt all unlocked mock tests by logging into your Student Dashboard.
- Order Confirmation: A digital transaction receipt containing your Payment ID, purchased plan details, and validity is automatically sent to your registered email address within a few minutes of payment confirmation.
3. Delays or Technical Issues in Delivery
In rare circumstances, server delays, banking network outages, or delayed payment gateway webhooks may take up to 10 to 30 minutes to reflect on your account. If your bank account has been debited but your dashboard does not show the unlocked tests within 30 minutes, please follow these steps:
- Log out of your student account and log in again to refresh your session.
- Check your email inbox and spam folder for the payment confirmation receipt.
- If the plan is still inactive, contact our dedicated support team with your registered email and transaction/payment reference ID.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
